Nurkhat is an executive director of construction company “R7 Group”. This company is 16 years in construction and architectural design business and currently employs 170 people in Almaty area. Company worked in mudslide relief works in Almaty area in 2015. Company is a good corporate citizen and has been doing the regular social investments for sponsor and philanthropic activities with high degree of corporate social responsibility. 
Nurkhat is an experienced Project Manager with over 12-year work in civil engineering, soil analysis, geotechnical project consulting and management. Nurkhat has gained his experience in Kazakhstan and abroad both in business and in academia. He has been working in multicultural, multi-disciplinary environments including professional experience in the US, Europe and Central Asia.
Nurkhat is interested in Project Management application to improve efficiency and productivity in construction operations in Kazakhstan. Civil engineering has made tremendous progress worldwide and Kazakhstan companies have huge room for improvement. Project Management is changing mindsets of the engineers and site managers in construction. Kazakhstan can join this global trend as well.
Nurkhat’s academic experience includes research in soil mechanics under influence of intensive loading and foundation repair in the tight urban conditions. He received patent of Russian Federation for invention for simulation machine of geotechnical loading and deformations. Nurkhat was teaching various courses in Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev and Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Nurkhat earned Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2003. He successfully defended dissertation “Prognosis of the Additional Settlement of the Existing Buildings in the Process Of nearby Construction on the Plate Foundation on Sandy Soils” and earned degree of kandidat nauk in 2007. Nurkhat earned a Master of Business Administration from the Hult International Business School in 2013. He received his Project Management Professional (PMP) ® credential in 2013.
A native Kazakh speaker, Nurkhat is also fluent in English and Russian.
